Sunrise Yoga - Kaliene Tupper

Wake up with the sun. This hour-long class starts off slow, gets the body moving and awake, and then ends with a relaxing meditation to start your day. Sunrise yoga brings your body more energy and nourishes you with a positive attitude to fully prepare for the challenges of the day ahead.

Come dance your way to a healthy body with Nia, a fusion fitness practice combining elements from the dance arts, the martial arts and the healing arts in one joy-filled workout. Yoga for Back Pain  - Julie Rogers

This class will provide real benefits if:

  • you wake up stiff or sore in the morning
  • bending over is painful or challenging
  • you spend any time during the year with your back on ice
  • your back hurts regularly or
  • you would like to prevent back pain

Whether you experience occasional or chronic back pain, by attending this class regularly, we will teach you how to stretch and strengthen safely to support your back. All body types and experiences welcome.

Yoga Basics - Julie Rogers

This class invites students new to yoga and/or returning to yoga practice. We will explore basic yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance and strength. Learn to use your breath to energize and release. You will learn to modify poses to meet your needs and how to make the practice your own.
